1. Eligibility & Enrollment

Eligibility

Students must provide accurate information during enquiry, registration, admission, and enrollment.

Where a course has a specified age requirement, the Student must meet that requirement.

Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after completion of the applicable admission and payment process specified by Epic Flow Academy.

Epic Flow Academy reserves the right to request reasonable information or documentation required for admission and course administration.

Minors

Students below 18 years of age may enroll where permitted by Epic Flow Academy and applicable law.

Where required, enrollment and payment must be completed with the involvement or consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

The parent or guardian may be required to provide their details for admission, communication, consent, or other course-related purposes.

2. Course Access & Participation

Course access is personal to the enrolled Student and may not be transferred, sold, shared, or assigned to another person.

Students are expected to:

• Attend scheduled classes regularly
• Participate appropriately in learning activities
• Complete assignments and practice work
• Follow instructions provided by trainers and staff
• Maintain professional behaviour
• Use course materials only for personal learning purposes

Repeated absence, inactivity, or failure to complete assignments does not automatically extend the course duration or access period unless approved by Epic Flow Academy.

3. Online & Offline Learning

Epic Flow Academy may provide training through physical classrooms, online sessions, recorded content, learning platforms, communication channels, or a combination of these formats.

Schedules, trainers, classrooms, platforms, session timings, and learning arrangements may be changed where reasonably necessary for operational or academic reasons.

Where a class is rescheduled, Epic Flow Academy will make reasonable efforts to communicate the revised schedule through official communication channels.

4. Account & Course Material Access

Where an account or learning platform is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must not:

• Share your account with another person
• Share paid course access
• Sell or transfer your account
• Distribute course materials outside the permitted learning environment
• Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to another user's account

Epic Flow Academy may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, unauthorised sharing, fraud, or a material violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, training resources, videos, presentations, templates, documents, frameworks, exercises, branding, website content, and other materials created or provided by Epic Flow Academy remain the property of Epic Flow Academy or their respective owners.

Enrollment grants the Student a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use course materials for their own educational purposes.

You must not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, commercially exploit, or create competing products from Epic Flow Academy's proprietary course materials without written permission.

Student Work

Work independently created by a Student remains the Student's work, subject to any separate consent or agreement relating to its use for educational, promotional, portfolio, or marketing purposes.

6. Recording & Course Content

Students must not record, reproduce, livestream, distribute, or commercially exploit classes or learning sessions without prior written permission from Epic Flow Academy.

This includes unauthorised screen recording, audio recording, photography, video recording, screenshots, or redistribution of paid course content.

Epic Flow Academy may record certain sessions where reasonably required for educational, administrative, quality, or course-support purposes.

Students should not record or publish other students, trainers, or staff without appropriate permission.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour toward trainers, staff, fellow students, visitors, and other members of the Epic Flow Academy community.

The following may result in disciplinary action:

• Harassment or intimidation
• Discriminatory or abusive behaviour
• Threatening or inappropriate conduct
• Deliberate disruption of classes
• Misuse of institute facilities or online platforms
• Sharing inappropriate or unlawful content
• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Unauthorised recording or distribution of course content
• Fraudulent or misleading information
• Any conduct that materially affects the safety, learning environment, or functioning of the Academy

Depending on the seriousness of the matter, Epic Flow Academy may issue a warning, restrict access, suspend participation, or terminate enrollment.

8. Fees & Payments

Course fees, applicable taxes, payment schedules, discounts, offers, and other charges will be communicated during the admission process or through the applicable course information.

The Student is responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.

A seat, admission, or course access may be subject to successful payment of the applicable amount.

Any applicable refund, cancellation, transfer, or rescheduling rights will be governed by the relevant policy communicated by Epic Flow Academy.

9. Assignments, Projects & Certification

Students may be required to complete assignments, projects, practice work, or other academic requirements as part of a course.

Certificates, completion recognition, or other academic credentials may be subject to the requirements applicable to the particular course.

Completion of a course does not by itself guarantee employment, freelance income, business results, social media growth, audience growth, or any specific financial outcome.

Individual results depend on factors including the Student's effort, practice, skills, consistency, market conditions, and other circumstances.

10. Photography, Video & Student Work

Epic Flow Academy may, where appropriate and with applicable consent, use photographs, videos, testimonials, or student work for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.

Where specific consent is required, the relevant consent will be obtained separately or through the applicable process.

11. Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with Epic Flow Academy's Privacy Policy.

Students must respect the privacy of other students, trainers, and staff.

You must not share another person's personal information, contact details, private communications, photographs, recordings, or other personal material without appropriate permission.

12. Third-Party Platforms & Services

Certain services may depend on third-party platforms, software, payment providers, communication services, or other external technology.

Epic Flow Academy is not responsible for interruptions, changes, security incidents, or policies of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Service Changes & Availability

Epic Flow Academy may modify, update, replace, or discontinue certain courses, facilities, platforms, materials, schedules, or services where reasonably necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the services promised to enrolled Students while allowing necessary operational, technical, academic, or administrative changes.

14. Force Majeure

Epic Flow Academy will not be responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public emergencies, government actions, significant internet or technology failures, power failures, infrastructure disruptions, or other events that materially prevent normal service delivery.

Where reasonably possible, Epic Flow Academy will make reasonable efforts to communicate the situation and provide an alternative arrangement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epic Flow Academy will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our courses or services.

Epic Flow Academy does not guarantee any specific employment, income, business, freelance, social media, audience, or career outcome from participation in any course.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Suspension & Termination

Epic Flow Academy may suspend or terminate a Student's access to courses, platforms, facilities, or services where the Student materially violates these Terms, engages in serious misconduct, commits fraud, misuses course content, or creates a significant risk to other students, staff, property, or the Academy.

Any financial consequences of suspension or termination will be subject to the applicable refund or cancellation policy and applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

Epic Flow Academy may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, policies, or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms will be published or communicated through appropriate channels.

Continued use of our services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Pune, Maharashtra, India, subject to applicable law.
